  • Account data: Name and email address when you sign up via Google OAuth.
  • Usage data: Export history (URLs submitted, number of comments exported, timestamps).
  • Billing data: Subscription status. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data solely to:

  • Provide and improve the Service.
  • Enforce plan limits and manage your subscription.
  • Send transactional emails (e.g., billing receipts).

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Exported Comment Data

Comments you export are processed in-memory and returned directly to your browser as a file download. We store only metadata (URL, row count, timestamp) for your export history — not the comment content itself.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Google OAuth — for authentication.
  • Stripe — for payment processing.
  • Apify — for Instagram comment scraping.
  • OpenRouter — for AI analysis (comments sent are anonymized and not stored by us).
  • Supabase / PostgreSQL — for database storage.

5. Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and export history data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures (HTTPS, encrypted databases, OAuth) to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
