By accessing or using Grably ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Grably provides a tool to export comments from public social media posts (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) in CSV or Excel format, along with optional AI-powered analysis. The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Export comments from private or restricted content without authorization.
- Use the Service to harass, stalk, or harm any individual.
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, abuse the API, or reverse-engineer the platform.
4. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code of the Service are the intellectual property of Grably. You retain ownership of any data you export using the Service.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of AI analysis results, or availability of third-party data sources.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grably shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
